absent concierge garbage smell

The location is central which I suppose is good.

The front desk seemed inexperienced and didn't offer much help navigating the city I was told there wasn't even a concierge on duty to provide recommendations I noticed a strong smell of garbage near the balcony.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful. ryan was particularly great. the room included a nespresso machine, a mini-fridge, snacks, and beverages for purchase (it was nice to have options). the room was serviced every morning with fresh towels.

the bathroom was tiny (i mean, really small). it had a small shower and tub. there was only one sink with no counter space. i found the late check-out policy inflexible, even for a reasonable request.

the location was central. it made walking to different places easy. breakfast at the hotel was convenient and quite tasty, i found. the staff was helpful too.

the room needed some updates. it felt a bit dated. the air conditioning was rather noisy, i discovered. it disrupted sleep a bit, unfortunately.

the room included complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and a selection of teas. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and restocked amenities (i especially appreciated this). the hotel offered a turn-down service each evening with chocolates placed on the pillows.

the elevator seemed slow at times.

noisy unit stingy policy

The air conditioning UNIT was quite noisy. It disrupted sleep. I also found the nespresso pod policy stingy. Only three pods were provided, and there was a charge for extras. Other hotels are more generous.
